The People First Podcast is our platform to inform and entertain our listeners by talking about the things that really matter to us. We discuss the issues that affect people with learning disabilities in our community, and all over the world. We interview interesting guests, and we raise awareness by talking about and sharing our experiences.

There are many ways that people can get involved in the People First Podcast. Some of our members favour the technical side of things and like to use the equipment in the podcast studio. Some of our members like to present the show and interview guests, others like to do interview prep such as finding and contacting potential guests and writing questions for the show. Whatever your skills and abilities, you can find a role on the podcast team, and learn some new skills while you have fun producing a professional podcast.

We work on the podcast every weekday at our office and studio in Central Hall in Keighley. Members of the team can choose which days they would like to come in and work on the podcast.
